Order Fulfillment

Thank you for your interest in Jeremy’s work. There are only two of us behind this store. Please be patient as we try to answer your emails and process orders.

Method of Payment: All major credit cards accepted.

Processing: Please allow 2-3 days for order processing.

Shipping: Orders ship within 5 days unless otherwise stated such as pre-orders. If you need expedited shipping, please choose an express method. Please allow USPS up to 14 days to deliver. The holidays have caused some orders to be delayed. Please email us if you believe your order is missing and we’ll do our best to locate it.

Return Policy: All orders are final. Please alert us via email within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Please return the damaged item and we will do our best to replace your order. If the item you ordered is sold out, we will issue you a refund.
